Speak Excellence exists to challenge how people think about themselves, their standards, and their potential.
Elijah L. Harris is a speaker, culture professional, and mindset advocate dedicated to helping individuals and organizations lead with intention, authenticity, and excellence. His work sits at the intersection of self-belief, mindset development, resilience, and inclusive leadership, empowering people to recognize their worth and step fully into their potential.
Professionally, Elijah serves as a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Specialist at Erickson Senior Living, where he partners with leaders to cultivate inclusive environments and people-centered cultures. His work focuses on developing leaders who foster trust, belonging, and psychological safety—especially during periods of growth and change. Prior to this role, Elijah spent over seven years at Under Armour, holding multiple human resources and people-focused roles. During his tenure, he led a global onboarding program and spearheaded the campus experience program for visiting brand partners, leveraging his passion for people, storytelling, and brand connection to create impactful, values-driven experiences.
Beyond the workplace, Elijah is the founder of the Speak Excellence Collective, his personal speaking brand and multimedia platform centered on mindset development, personal growth, and purposeful leadership. Through keynote talks, workshops, and content, Elijah challenges audiences to strengthen self-worth, build resilience, and take ownership of their choices—ultimately leading a lifestyle rooted in excellence.
